As we plan ahead for 2023, here at Clarendons we have gone live with our biggest brand refresh to date to reflect the exciting future of the business.
Launched in 2011, Clarendons has always strived to go above and beyond that of a usual high street agency, and this third iteration, is showcasing that.
We have been working with Wigan-based creative design agency, Magicalogical for the past six months to create fresh new designs to help us really stand out as an independent estate agency and keep ahead of the competition.
The refresh includes a new logo, striking property boards to entice renters and buyers, sharp documentation and stationery, engaging social media channels and our website has also been given a makeover to reflect the all-new look.
Importantly, we have also added a brand-new strapline ‘More than Property’ -which has a double meaning – it shows that there is a team of people behind the ‘property’ and it also ensures our clients know we offer everything from sales, lettings, property management, refurbishments, auctions, and company lets.
Over the next few months expect informative and authoritative content-led blogs and communication from our team of experts – we know it’s been a challenging time with a changing market for landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers, and we want to make sure we are on hand to provide support and no-nonsense advice where we can.
With this investment now, we are well-equipped to deal with the future of the property market.
