Here at Clarendons we are proud to have been in business for more than 10 years.
Over the past decade the business has grown, and so too has the areas we cover. However, one thing has remained; and this is our office hub in Effingham Road, Reigate.
Footfall in high street agencies was already dropping pre-pandemic, but we have kept ahead of the game to ensure we offer the best service for our clients.

While we are an expanding our business (Fact: In 2021 alone we hired three new staff members!), having one central office means that we keep our overheads lower and we can invest our money in the right places such as marketing for our sales and letting properties, the latest tech and training our team members so they can offer you the very best service.
We are active in your area
In the past month or so, we have let or sold houses across all of our core areas such as Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Dorking. But we are continuing to expand thanks to great reputation, recommendations and reviews.
To name a few, we sold a family home in Wallington and this village cottage in Rusper. And when it comes to lettings, we re-let this well presented maisonette in Ashurst Wood near East Grinstead, and to the north, this perfectly-located studio in Woodside Green, south east London.
All areas are however within 30 minutes of our head office in Reigate, so there is no delay in going to appointments. Add to this all of our team have either grown up, lived or worked in our Surrey and West Sussex areas, so you can have confidence that they have the local knowledge you require.
All departments in synergy
Rather than having different departments across multiple locations, our team are all together. Quite simply, this means they can talk to one another – from our sales negotiators to our property management team – keeping everyone updated on the needs of our landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
More connected than ever
The pandemic gave us all a lesson in remote working, and while we returned to the office in late 2020, we made sure we were always equipped and connected - staff have their own laptops and mobile phones so they can work from anywhere – be that at a valuation, in the office or from home.
That’s not say you cannot come into the office should you need to sign documents and return/collect keys, but we are more than happy to come to you!
